You always have access to any debtor file that you have placed for collection with CST Company. You may search your placement files by company name, your customer number, CST Co.’s file number or one of several other options. Your files will display, and you may select a file from the list to review and also leave a message with the adjustor handling your file. Closing the tab on the file you selected will bring you back to your list and you may select a new file or conduct a new search.
