Credentials

When entrusting your receivables to a third-party collection firm, your company’s reputation is also entrusted to them.  You need more than just promises.  They must provide you with the credentials that demonstrate they are taking the steps to protect your company’s Accounts Receivable asset as well as its reputation in the marketplace. Our adjustors are Senior Certified Collectors.  They each complete individual training through the Commercial Collection Training Institute of the Commercial Collection Agencies of America.
